State of Oklahoma Best Value Training

Kashiwagi Solution Model Inc. (KSM) will provide two full days of education on the Best Value Approach (BVA) that includes:  Selection, Clarification/Pre-Award, and Execution/Project Management. The purpose of this training is to educate the state’s central purchasing department on the BVA.  The training will be go into the details of running and implementing BVA into the state’s current process. It will provide guidance on the changes that are required for the state to implement the process. Throughout the training, KSM will show and explain available tools that can be utilized to run successful projects. We encourage the state to invite vendors and other organizations to participate in the training.
