EDUCATION SUMMARY:
The world is fast-changing. Information systems, automation and robotics are infiltrating every sector of the supply chain in our “information world”. There is a movement to increase the value of services by increasing their efficiency and effectiveness. All organization must learn how to adapt to this new age of information and automation. In this training, Dr. Kashiwagi will introduce a revolutionary technology that allows people to “Know almost everything without knowing anything”, The Best Value Approach (BVA). This technology allows procurement specialists with little experience to cut project cost by 30%, improve performance, value, profit and increase productivity by 10x.
The purpose of this training is to educate the organization’s purchasing department on the BVA. The training will be go into the details of running and implementing BVA into the organization’s current process. It will provide guidance on the changes that are required to implement the process. Throughout the training, PBSRG will show and explain available tools that can be utilized to run successful projects. We encourage the organization to bring in their smartest professionals to be in the session with executives that have power to make changes.
