WHO WE ARE
We are Florida’s oldest IFMA chapter serving the Greater Tampa Bay, St Petersburg, Clearwater, Lakeland, Ft. Myers and Sarasota areas. With over 180 professional, associate, student and lifetime members, our Chapter represents over 90 member companies, agencies, and organizations. We are proud to be the home chapter for 21 IFMA Certified Facility Managers (CFM’s).
Our mission is to promote and support facility managers’ core competencies. To this end, our programs and events provide not only excellent networking opportunities, but are focused on the professional development of our professional facility Managers.

Our Chapter usually meets the second Thursday of the month, unless otherwise noted. Please verify exact day, date and time when registering.
Our Board meets in July to plan our program year’s calendar, which is published below. If the registration feature has not been activated, this indicates that some program details have not been finalized. This also means that the proposed program, date, time and/or venue may change. Please check back, as registration will be opened when the program has been confirmed.
