International Facilities Management Association (IFMA) is the world’s largest and most widely recognized association for facility management professionals. At the cutting edge of FM research and innovation, IFMA Fellows (distinguished members with great achievements within FM) continue to move the profession toward the future.

IFMA Fellow Dr. Dean Kashiwagi, developed over 30 years the FM Professional of the Future. They are those who are focused on creating value, driving cost down, decreasing their workload, yet increasing their responsibility in an organization by becoming part of the C-Suite. How do they do this?

In November, IFMA Norther Ohio Chapter invited Dr. Dean to expose its FM professionals and associates to the FM Professional of the Future and how they can become more valuable and indispensable to their organizations. Chapter leadership was very pleased with Dr. Dean and felt the information he shared was timely and relevant, giving him a rating of 10 out of 10.
