University of Minnesota Renews for 3rd Year
The UM research program has been one of the most successful efforts with regards to the best-value program. Due to the exceptional performance results, the University of Minnesota (UM) has renewed their research grant agreement for the third consecutive year. The cost of the research program (about the cost of one manager per year) was insignificant. Contractor performance and accountability have increased to the point where the UM has decided to transition the pilot program into a standard procurement method for a majority of their projects.
