Theophilus Tower Elevator Modernization & Life Safety Upgrades
Scope of Work
The University of Idaho is seeking proposals from qualified Contractors for the elevator modernization and life safety upgrades at the Theophilus Tower. The Contractor shall furnish, install and complete the elevator modernization and life safety upgrades. This project will be awarded to the best-valued Contractor based on performance factors (past performance and current capability) and cost. The University will be hosting an Education Meeting to discuss the Best-Value Selection Process that will be used on this project. This meeting is not mandatory, but interested contractors are highly encouraged to attend.
Estimated Cost:
Initial Budgetary Assumptions are based upon an estimate of $700,000 for the proposed elevator modernization project. Additional services may be required and/or requested.
