Project Overview
Rochester Public Utilities first PIPS process is the re-roofing of the Customer Service Building. Major work elements and assemblies include but are not limited to the following: removal and recycling/disposal of the existing low pitch loose laid ballasted membrane roofing system including insulation; installation of a new low pitch fully adhered membrane roofing system; new roof edge sheet metal; mechanical and electrical modifications as needed to permit re-roofing work. All work is on a single story and single office, warehouse and fleet garage facility.
