Utilities Construction Services
Project Overview
Polk County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, is seeking experienced Underground Utility Contractors for various projects utilizing Work Order (WO) project delivery. The contract period will be for a minimum of one (1) year with a maximum of two (2) one-year extensions at the same terms and conditions, by the mutual agreement of all parties.
Budget
The services provided are funded from the Utilities Division’s operating expenses; therefore there is no estimated budget. Estimated values for work order proposals issued during Fiscal Year 2008/2009 ranged from $1,876.00 to $615,900.00. There are no guaranteed minimums or maximums.
