Project Overview

Idaho State University, through the State of Idaho Division of Purchasing (State or University), is soliciting proposals for the management and operation of dining services at University’s Pocatello and Idaho Falls campuses. The University is looking to secure services equal to, or better than, the level of service currently provided. It is the University’s desire to have a commission-based structure. The University’s goals of this RFP are to: (1) Increase Financial Return to the University and (2) Increase Satisfaction to the University and the Students.
