RMO00305 - Building 105L Upgrades
Project Overview
The place of performance for this work will be at 4300 Goodfellow, St. Louis, Missouri. Work to be performed under the contract includes, but is not limited to: The corridor to the training rooms in building 105L is a dead-end corridor that exceeds the distance allowed by the safety code. The existing corridor will be extended to the north through classroom 3 as a one-hour rated corridor. This will entail the construction of a wall on the east side of classroom 3, as well as the demo of the current closet in classroom 3. The corridor should discharge outside through double door with panic hardware in compliance with current ADA & Fire safety regulations. Outside exit includes an ADA ramp & railings. Interior work will include carpeting, painting, suspended ceilings, & electrical modifications. This interior work is not throughout the entire building it is just centralized around the portion of classroom 3 that is being extended into. Contractor will provide all labor, materials and any other service in order to meet the completed design specifications and drawings.
