2nd Floor Courtroom & Chambers
Project Overview
The work will consist of design and construction to renovate the space to accommodate a larger courtroom and smaller judge's chambers. The U.S. Courts have completed a preliminary proposed layout for the renovated space. The project will consist of entirely of Tenant Improvement work and includes, but is not limited to demolition, walls and wall repair, painting, wall coverings, millwork, flooring, ceilings, misc. finishes, HVAC, lighting, and security system.
