The General Services Administration (GSA) Region 6 has partnered with ASU's PBSRG to increase the efficiency of the GSA and increase the performance of outsourced services.

Zorinsky Federal Building Canopies Project, 2010

The goals of research project are:

  1. Implement a best-value procurement system to select to high performers
  2. Create a fair and open process for all vendors
  3. Increase performance and accountability (on time, on budget, high quality)
  4. Maintain value (spend taxpayers money more efficient)
  5. Increase efficiency of procurement (procure/ deliver project faster)
  6. Implement the Weekly Risk Reporting System to identify areas of potential improvements
