RFQ-09-008 Construction Manager at Risk for East Campus

Project Overview

Construct a new campus consisting of academic classrooms, central plant, student lounge, multi-purpose room, a computer lab, shell spaces and administration offices. Construction of the new campus will also include the landscaping, parking areas and roadways that will permit access and egress. The new building will be masonry construction and consist of approximately 70,000 square feet. The building will include, but is not limited to, electrical, plumbing, special systems, excavating, relocating utilities, mechanical and restrooms. Contractor will be required to furnish all equipment, labor and materials to construct the new building. The building is located on the EVIT Campus site on Power Road in Mesa, Arizona.
