RFQ-09-0010 Design Services for EVIT East Campus
Project Overview
Design services for a new campus consisting of academic classrooms, central plant, student lounge, multi-purpose room, a computer lab, shell spaces and administration offices. Design of the new campus will also include the landscaping, parking areas and roadways that will permit access and egress. The new building will be masonry construction and consist of approximately 70,000 square feet. The building will include, but is not limited to, electrical, plumbing, special systems, excavating, relocating utilities, mechanical and restrooms.
