Rochester National Volleyball Court Expansion

Project Overview

This project consists of an addition to the existing National Volleyball Center including new courts, restrooms, office, and storage areas. A description of the major work elements and assemblies is as follows: site pavements and ground covers; concrete frost depth foundations with a concrete slab on grade floor structure; steel structure frame with masonry cavity wall and precast architectural wall panel enclosures, bar joist/steel roof deck with membrane roof covering system; interior fit-up and finishing; extension of existing heating and cooling system, new air handling unit and ventilation systems; plumbing systems; fire protection systems; electrical power systems; and internal and external lighting.
