PWTOC Phase 4 - Transit Fit Up
Project Overview
The City of Rochester, Minnesota, the Owner, is receiving Best Value Proposals for the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment, etc., necessary for the complete construction of the Rochester Public Works and Transit Operations Center Transit Fit Up. This project consists of an interior fit-up of the previously shelled in Transit Office and Operations area and the equipping of the Transit Repair Bays also previously shelled in and partially fit-up. The project also includes some site paving as associated with the Transit Repair Bays.
Major work elements and assemblies for this phase of the work include but are not limited to the following: bituminous and Portland cement concrete site pavements, interior fit-up and finishing, procurement and installation of repair operational equipment, heating and cooling system, ventilation systems, plumbing systems, fire protection systems, electrical power systems, and internal lighting.
Original site grading, external pavements and landscaping, building shell construction, and a significant portion of the interior fit-up are expected to be substantially complete in August 2011.
All work shall be in accordance with the intent of the drawings, specification and regulations for said project as prepared by TSP, Inc., 1500 Highway 52 N, Rochester, MN 55901..
