Project Overview
City of Rochester's first PIPS process is the construction of a new Public Works and Transit Operations Center in northeast Rochester. This project consists of a main operations building with offices, a fleet parking garage, adjacent vehicle repair bays, workshops, and storage areas. Separate structures for wash and fuel operations, equipment storage and material storage along with all site pavements and ground covers.
