Slide Rock – WWTP/Restrooms & Maintenance Buildings

Project Overview

Arizona State Parks is requesting proposals from qualified Design-Build firms for professional services at Slide Rock State Park, 6871 N. Highway 89A, Sedona, Arizona 86336 for design, construction, and demolition in compliance with existing regulations as follows:

  1. Design & build a new waste water Treatment Plant to serve the present & future needs of the Park.
  2. Design & build two identical new Restroom Buildings to facilitate 2,500 Park visitors per day.
  3. Design & build one new stock pre-engineered Maintenance Building to facilitate maintenance & storage needs.
  4. Design & build water, sewer, & electrical utility lines with all necessary appurtenances to ensure a fully functional project.
  5. Demolition of an existing Clivus-Multrum facility with adjacent Effluent Treatment Bed (ETB).
