Applicator Warranty Process

Neogard

Neogard has implemented a performance based Warranty Process that measures the performance of their five systems (Wall Coating, Flooring, Waterproofing, Direct Bond Roofing, and SPF Roofing) and the performance of the applicators installing them. Once the warranty is issued, and the installation of the system is complete, the PBSRG contacts the client to get their satisfaction ratings. The client is then contacted for a satisfaction report every year, for the duration of the warranty period. If a problem is recognized and it is covered by the warranty, PBSRG notifies Neogard and the applicator's past performance documentation is also affected. This process filters out low performing applicators, and provides Neogard with documentation of their products’ performance.
